This heart is on our long length necklace and adjustable with 3 options each with federation embossed into the next size option. Our Open Heart Necklace is made from 925 sterling silver with 14 k gold plating. Our Open Heart Necklace has three adjustable lengths : 64cm, 67cm and 70cm so you can choose your desired length.
